M.S Sufferer

We were again approached by Wirral Partnership Homes to find a solution for a Multiple Sclerosis Sufferer.

It was decided by WPH that an adaptation was required to a house in their area. It was required to create a ground floor wet room and bedroom.

The client was finding it more and more difficult to access her first floor bedroom and bathroom.

The M.A.P was rendered to match surrounding properties, and a pitched roof was fitted to match the recent
re-tiling that had occurred in the area.

Lightweight steel frame construction.
Pitched roof.
High performance Insulation.
Internal plasterboard walls.
Vinyl floor in bedroom and anti-slip flooring in wet room.
Render Finish to exterior.
DOC-M Specification wet room.

External works

Excavation and concrete pad preparation
Breakthrough if required.
Water and soil pipes installed.
Electrical connections prepared.
Lift of MAP into place.
All utility connections completed.
